I want to lose at least 20 pounds beefore the wedding to fit in my david’s bridal dress i got on sale for a stain. How can I lose 20 pounds before my wedding in sepember?

Yea right…they had a dress on sale that would fit a person who was 500 lbs…Yea and the moon is blue. Come on….be honest. It it is true what you are saying, you have to lose more than 20 lbs before your wedding…You need to go to a spa for obese overweight people….You cannot be near food and you need to be in a controlled environment.
